A well regarded and growing regional law firm in Barnsley is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE to take on a broad and high quality caseload while working within a supportive and ambitious firm.
Key Responsibilities
*Handle sales and purchases of commercial premises
*Advise on agricultural land transactions
*Deal with the sale and acquisition of registered and unregistered land
*Handle commercial landlord and tenant matters
*Draft and negotiate commercial leases
*Manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion
*Build strong relationships with clients and other professional advisers
*Provide clear and commercially focused legal advice
Requirements
*4+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
*Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law
*Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions
*Strong drafting and negotiation skills
*Commercially minded and client focused approach
*Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to commute to the Barnsley office
