This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team, working closely with Financial Advisers and fellow Paraplanners in a supportive and technically focused environment. You’ll enjoy a varied role where you’ll be involved in:
*Preparing suitability reports and technical documentation.
*Conducting research across pensions, investments and protection products.
*Producing financial analysis and supporting recommendations.
*Preparing post-meeting documentation, including fund switches and withdrawals.
*Liaising with providers and third parties to obtain policy information.

*Supporting advisers with client queries and ongoing servicing requirements.
*Working collaboratively with the wider client support and operations teams.
*Contributing to business projects and regulatory initiatives where required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is technically strong, organised and enjoys working in a collaborative financial planning environment.
You’ll ideally have:
*Previous experience in a Paraplanning or Senior Financial Planning Administrator role.
*Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning products.
*Experience preparing suitability reports and conducting technical research.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*A proactive approach with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes.
*Progress towards, or completion of, Level 4 Diploma qualifications would be advantageous.
What’s on Offer?
*Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience.
*Supportive and collaborative working environment.
*Excellent opportunities for continued professional development.
*Exposure to complex financial planning cases.
*Long-term career progression within an established and growing business.
If you’re looking to join a quality-focused financial planning firm where you can further develop your technical and planning skills and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
