Looking for a rewarding role where no two days are the same?
Academics is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary, secondary and specialist SEN schools throughout Bletchley. This role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates considering a career in education, and those from care or early years backgrounds.
Position: Supply Teaching Assistant
Location: Bletchley
Contract: Daily Supply & Long-Term Opportunities
Hours: Flexible, Monday-Friday, Term Time Only
Pay:£95-£105 per day
Key Responsibilities:
*Support pupils individually and in small groups
*Assist teachers with classroom activities and learning resources
*Help children with additional needs to access learning
*Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour
*Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience working with children or young people
*Experience within education, care, youth work, early years or support work is welcomed
*Patient, adaptable and enthusiastic approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
