The Role
As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants while keeping tenancies running smoothly from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
*Handling landlord and tenant enquiries
*Coordinating maintenance and contractor works
*Conducting property inspections
*Managing tenancy applications and progression
*Monitoring rent payments and arrears
*Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding customer service.
You’ll ideally have:
*Previous experience in Property Management or Residential Lettings
*Knowledge of the tenancy lifecycle and current legislation
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Strong organisational and time-management abilities
*A professional and customer-focused approach
What’s On Offer?
*Basic salary of £26,000 with OTE of £30,000
*Monday to Friday working pattern (1 in 3 Saturday)
