My client is seeking a motivated and organised Property Management Assistant to join their growing team in Truro. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in property management within a supportive and professional environment.
Working alongside experienced Property Managers, you will help manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to clients, residents, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
*Assist with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties.
*Coordinate and monitor repair and maintenance works.
*Liaise with clients, residents, contractors, and service providers.
*Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
*Conduct regular property inspections and record utility meter readings.
*Prepare correspondence and administrative documentation.
*Organise AGM meetings, prepare meeting packs, and attend meetings when required.
*Support the Property Management team with a range of administrative and operational tasks.

*Has property management experience (desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided).
