Full job description2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer - HYBRID WORKING
We are looking for an experienced Technical Engineer to join a small, highly respected managed services team. This is a varied technical role combining third-line support, project delivery and regular client interaction.
Key Responsibilities*Third-line support, escalations and complex troubleshooting
*Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online support and configuration
*Microsoft Intune deployment and endpoint management
*Conditional Access and Microsoft 365 security
*Domain, DNS, email security and routing
*Windows endpoint troubleshooting
*Network, firewall and Wi-Fi support
*Network equipment deployment and patching
*Backup deployment and management
*Client site visits, office moves and infrastructure projects
*Video conferencing setup and support
*Vendor and third-party supplier liaison
About You*4+ years’ commercial IT experience
*Current or recent experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
*Strong technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Exchange Online
*Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, DNS and office networking
*Excellent client-facing, communication and presentation skills
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
*Able to commute easily into Central London
