Full job descriptionOur client, a leading international real estate provider, is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a regional portfolio of commercial properties across Leeds.This is a senior role responsible for delivering hard and soft FM services, managing service charge budgets, supplier and team performance, compliance, and client relationships.Key Responsibilities*Manage service charge budgets and expenditure.
*Lead site teams and manage supplier performance.
*Oversee M&E services, compliance, and health & safety.
*Conduct inspections and manage planned works.
*Manage procurement, contractors, and capital projects.
*Build strong client and tenant relationships.
*Produce reports and chair stakeholder meetings.
*Ensure security, emergency, and sustainability standards are maintained.
Ideal Candidate*Experienced Facilities Manager with multi-site or large-site experience.
*Strong knowledge of service charge budgets, commercial leases, and landlord & tenant relationships.
*Experience managing teams and contractors.
*Good understanding of M&E services and statutory compliance.
*NEBOSH qualified; IWFM/RICS desirable.
*Strong communication and IT skills.
Package*Salary around £50,000.
*25 days holiday + bank holidays, with option to buy more.
