Experienced in sales progression or conveyancing and looking for a rewarding opportunity with excellent commission potential?
Our clients, a successful Estate Agency in Bexley, are looking to recruit a Sales Progressor to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent with sales progression experience, or someone with a conveyancing background, looking for a role offering a strong commission structure, bonuses and a supportive team environment.
The Role
As a Sales Progressor, you will:
*Monitor and prioritise your workload to achieve targets
*Manage a pipeline of properties that are sold subject to contract
*Keep in regular contact with agents
*Communicate with vendors and purchasers
*Liaise effectively and professionally with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors and buyers
*Arrange for contracts to be signed
*Update Managers on the sale process
*Maintain accurate information on the CRM and Vendor Portal
*Progress sales through to completion
*Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Sales Progressor requirements:
*Experience in Sales Progression or Conveyancing
*Brilliant customer service skills
*Great organisational skills
*Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a range of stakeholders
What’s on Offer?
*Upto £28,500 basic salary
*Percentage override on all completed sales
*Realistic commission of between £375 - £750 per month
*Bonuses
*£35,000 OTE
*Free parking

*Full-time
*Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
