Full job descriptionMy client is a central-Birmingham located, large, corporate business, and they are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team on initially a temporary basis.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, dealing with any queries by both phone and email, performing supplier statement reconciliation, and assisting with the preparation of payment runs monthly.
Skills required:
*At least 12 month’s recent experience in an Accounts Payable role
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
*Have a strong command of MS Excel
*The ability to commute to the City Centre daily
