We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator for an immediate-start temporary assignment based in Crawley. This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of office and home working, and is expected to last 1-2 months.
Immediate Start and Hybrid Working
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting the employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract changes and offboarding
*Maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy
*Assisting with HR systems administration and reporting
*Responding to employee queries and providing HR support
*Supporting payroll checks and compliance processes
*Producing reports and analysing HR data
Skills & Experience Required:
*Previous HR administration or HR operations experience
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confident using HR systems and Excel
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
