Full job descriptionWarehouse Operative / Technician
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Technician to join an established organisation based near Guildford, Surrey.
This is a varied, hands-on position combining general warehouse duties, stock control and basic technical tasks. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, motivated and keen to develop their skills.
The role will include:*Picking, packing and preparing stock
*Stock control, labelling and logging
*Updating stock systems and using handheld scanners
*Loading and unloading goods
*Checking, cleaning and preparing returned items
*Basic checks and minor maintenance where required
*Occasionally assisting with deliveries and other operational duties
What we’re looking for:*Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial, but isn’t essential
*Comfortable using computers and handheld scanners
*Reliable, organised and happy working as part of a team
*A good work ethic and willingness to learn
*Full UK driving licence
Job details:Salary: TBC
Hours: Monday–Friday
Location: Near Guildford, Surrey
Contract: Temporary – Permanent
You’ll also receive 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, company pension, life assurance and ongoing training and development.
