If your idea of a good Legal PA role is supporting a high-billing Partner, taking ownership, organising international travel and being trusted to sort things out when they’re not in the room then we should probably talk
We’re recruiting a Legal PA to support a senior Partner who also sits on a key firm-wide committee within one of the world’s leading international law firms.

4:1 Hybrid Working

THIS ISN’T A "JUST MANAGE MY DIARY" ROLEThis Partner has a high billing practice, a busy schedule and plenty happening outside the traditional day-to-day.
You’ll be responsible for keeping the wheels turning across:
Complex diary management
Extensive domestic and international travel
Global meeting coordination
Client and stakeholder liaison
General Partner support
And, importantly… troubleshooting
This Partner is happy for you to take the initiative and make decisions in their absence.
In other words, if something goes wrong at 10am and the Partner is somewhere on the other side of the world, you’re not expected to sit there politely waiting for instructions.
You’re trusted to sort it.
And yes, sometimes that means using your Legal PA superpowers ?
THE FIRMYou’ll be joining a highly respected global law firm with a significant presence in the London market, known for its strength across complex commercial matters and an impressive international client base.
Its lawyers advise major global corporations, financial institutions, private equity investors, energy and infrastructure businesses and other market-leading organisations on sophisticated, often cross-border work.
The calibre of the clients means the pace is high, but so is the level of exposure.
WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?A confident, experienced Legal PA who enjoys supporting senior Partners and is comfortable working with someone who expects their PA to think ahead rather than simply take instructions.
You’ll be:

Confident with senior stakeholders
Experienced managing complex travel
Comfortable working independently
Naturally proactive and solutions-focused
