What You’ll Be Doing
*Leading the end-to-end proposal process across multiple bids, RFPs, and strategic opportunities.
*Managing high-profile and complex submissions from planning to delivery.
*Coaching, mentoring, and supporting a team of proposal writers.
*Building strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business.
*Creating compelling, persuasive content that clearly communicates value.
*Managing and developing proposal content libraries and knowledge resources.
*Improving proposal processes, governance, and best practices.

*Experience creating accurate, tailored, and compliant content.
*Knowledge of proposal management methodologies and bid platforms.
Desirable:
*APMP or similar proposal/project management qualification.
*Experience with platforms such as Loopio, Arriba, or Coupa.
*Exposure to international organisations, procurement processes, or client-focused service environments.
