Job Description:
Full job descriptionHead of Finance | Fast-Growth Creative Membership Business | London (Hybrid)

A fast-growing, founder-led membership and workspace business serving the creative industries, including musicians, artists and content creators, is hiring its first Head of Finance. With multiple sites across London and a major new flagship space in development, backed by a recent strategic investment from a leading institutional property partner, this is a business at a genuine inflection point, and a rare chance to shape the finance function from the ground up.

Reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder, you’ll sit at the top table, owning capital allocation, cash flow strategy and investment planning for the business’s next phase of growth, as well as the reporting relationship with its institutional shareholder. This isn’t a back-office finance role, it’s a genuine business partner position, working alongside the founders on the decisions that shape where and how the business expands. A clear path to Finance Director for the right person.

You’ll bring:
*A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
*Experience operating strategically in a multi-site consumer, membership or hospitality business, ideally including investor or board exposure
*A track record of building financial infrastructure and processes in a scaling business
*Strong commercial judgement and financial modelling skills, comfortable shaping decisions, not just reporting on them

Package: £75,000-£95,000 | London, hybrid | Flexible start
