Full job descriptionWant to play a key role in bringing the next generation of talent into one of the world’s biggest entertainment businesses? We’re looking for a University Placements Coordinator to join a busy Early Careers team for a 6 month temp role supporting the delivery of a high-volume internship programme across this iconic global entertainment business.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting people and is comfortable working with a high level of self-motivation, organisation and pace. You will need stamina to work through volume applications and an eagle eye for spotting the superstar hires of the future!
What you’ll be doing* Supporting the delivery of a large-scale university placement programme, with 90+ hires across a wide range of roles
* Reviewing and progressing high volumes of applications, resumes, cover letters and video interviews
* Coordinating interviews, presentations and online selection activity, keeping candidates and hiring teams on track
* Working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to make sure every stage of the process runs smoothly
* Creating a great candidate experience from first application to joining day
* Supporting hiring managers with recruitment processes, best practice and on-boarding
We’re looking for someone who...
*Has experience in early careers, university placements, talent acquisition, recruitment agency or a similar high-volume environment
*Is highly organised and genuinely enjoys keeping lots of moving parts under control
*Has excellent attention to detail and can prioritise when things get busy
*Is confident communicating with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels
*Has experience using an ATS, ideally SmartRecruiters, and is comfortable picking up new systems
*Is proactive, collaborative and happy to roll up their sleeves when the pace picks up
*Brings a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
This is a role for someone who wants to make a real impact on the next generation of entertainment talent, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-moving Early Careers environment.
Location: Central London
Working pattern: Hybrid, with Tuesday in the office and four days working from home
Contract: 6 months Temp/Agency Worker
