Role: EA to Company Directors
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, 5 days a week (will consider part time)
Salary: £35,000 - £60,000
Start Date: ASAP
Our Client has a vacancy for an Executive Assistant to two of the company’s directors, to free
them up to allow them to spend more time consulting and selling projects.
The role would include, amongst other general tasks, the following:
1) Making phone calls to book appointments.
2) Managing their diary’s and emails.
3) Carrying everyday tasks to reduce workloads.
4) Representing the directors in meetings where needed.
5) Making decisions on behalf of the directors when needed.
6) Taking meeting notes and preparing agendas and presentations.
7) Screening calls and handling sensitive information.
1) Dealing with HR and staff issues where needed.
2) Assisting with quoting and quote follow up.
3) Various other roles and responsibilities
