An excellent opportunity for an experienced Restructuring Manager to join a highly regarded advisory firm, leading a varied portfolio of restructuring and insolvency engagements while working closely with lenders, investors and company directors. Description


*Manage a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency engagements from inception through to completion.
*Lead financial reviews, business assessments and cash flow forecasting assignments.
*Support businesses, lenders and other stakeholders through periods of financial distress and transformation.
*Prepare reports, proposals and recommendations for clients and key stakeholders.
*Manage administrators, analysts and junior team members, providing coaching and technical guidance.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships whilst identifying opportunities for additional work.
*Work closely with senior leadership on complex restructuring and turnaround projects.
*Ensure all assignments are delivered in line with regulatory and professional standards.


Profile


Must hold a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPI or JIEB
Previous experience within restructuring, recovery, insolvency or turnaround advisory
Strong technical knowledge of corporate restructuring and insolvency processes
