An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing finance function and lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting and controls.
This role is ideal for a qualified accountant who combines strong technical expertise with proven team leadership experience. You’ll play a key role in ensuring reporting accuracy, driving continuous improvement and supporting the ongoing development of the finance team.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals
*Oversee month-end and year-end processes
*Review management accounts and financial reporting
*Strengthen controls, processes and reporting quality
*Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
*Support finance projects and business change
The Person
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
*Strong management accounting background
*Proven people management experience
*Excellent technical accounting knowledge
*Experience delivering process improvements and leading change
