Full job descriptionDesktop level engineer,
3 days a week, for 2 months - based on site in Oaklands Office Park, Hooton, Ellesmere Port
£200 per day Inside IR35
Duties and Responsibilities
IT Support & Supplier Management
*First point of contact for internal IT queries
*Work to resolve incidents and service requests
*Manage service alerts, escalations and ticket queries
*Liaise with suppliers to resolve business and technical issues
*Coordinate and follow up on outstanding actions
On/Off Boarding
*Internal oversight of onboarding, offboarding changes
*Work with HR and hiring managers to track progress and provide updates
*Ensure accounts, equipment and access requests are completed.
*Maintain internal IT onboarding tracker
*Configure additional requirements such as mobile phones, phone numbers and internal systems access
Systems Administration
Day-to-day administration/health checks where needed for:
*Microsoft 365
*Entra ID
*Intune
*Microsoft Defender
*uSecure
*User management
*Gap analysis
*Phishing simulations
*Keeper Security
*User management
*Risk scores etc
*Support Vulnerability Management Activities
