Full job descriptionWe’re recruiting for a commercially focused Campaign Manager to take ownership of the marketing strategy for a growing specialist finance business.
This is a role for someone who can turn marketing activity into qualified opportunities, funded deals and measurable revenue.

As Camaign Manager you’ll be responsible for:
*Developing and delivering commercially focused, multi-channel Motor Finance campaigns
*Identifying the most valuable customer audiences, vehicle segments and market opportunities
*Leading campaigns across acquisition, repeat business, refinance and cross-sell opportunities
*Briefing and coordinating specialists across Content, Paid Media, Social Media and Website
*Maximising the value of automotive partnerships, dealerships, events, communities and brand ambassadors
*Working closely with sales, marketing and RevOps teams to improve targeting, reporting and campaign performance
*Monitoring results and optimising activity based on pipeline, funded deals, income and ROI
You’ll be a commercially minded Campaign Manager with:
*Proven experience delivering campaigns with clear commercial and revenue objectives
*A strong interest in automotive and/or motor finance
*Experience across campaign strategy, audience targeting, CRM, automation and performance analysis
*A good understanding of digital channels including email, paid media, social and content
*Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills
*The ability to turn complex products or customer needs into clear, compelling campaigns
Experience within financial services, automotive or another regulated industry would be beneficial. Experience within prestige, performance, classic or specialist vehicles would be a bonus.
