You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, drive continuous improvement activities, and maximise plant uptime across a 4-on-4-off day shift pattern.

Description
*Lead and supervise a team of 8 maintenance engineers.
*Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown activities.
*Ensure maximum plant availability and equipment reliability.
*Provide hands-on electrical fault finding and technical support.
*Drive continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
*Ensure all engineering activities comply with site Health & Safety procedures.
*Monitor engineering KPIs and maintenance performance.
*Manage contractors and specialist service providers on site.
*Support project work, installations, and equipment upgrades.
*Work closely with operations to optimise production performance.
*Conduct regular team meetings, appraisals, and training activities.
*Maintain accurate maintenance records through the CMMS system.
Profile
A successful Engineering Supervisor should have:
*Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
*Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
*Knowledge of health and safety regulations within engineering and manufacturing environments.
*Ability to plan and prioritise maintenance tasks effectively.
