Buglear Bate is a long-established high street Law Firm with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and client care. They are now looking for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their property team.
This role offers the chance to handle quality residential conveyancing work in a friendly, well-run team where you will have direct face to face client contact.
As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will manage a varied caseload across a broad range of residential property matters, including:
*Sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*Lease extensions
*Land acquisition
Experience Required
*2+ PQE Residential Property experience
*Qualified Solicitor | Legal Executive
*Strong experience across a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions
*Confident managing a varied caseload
*Client-focused, personable and commercially aware
*Strong relationship management skills
