Job Description:
Full job descriptionA European bank has an exciting opportunity for a conscientious individual to join its busy HR department to provide support across all HR administrative functions, recruitment activities, assist with projects, and employee lifecycle processes.
Your responsibilities will cover:
*Maintaining employee records
*Scheduling interviews
*Assisting with onboarding/offboarding procedures
*Document preparation and template management
*Visa applications
*Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and distribution of company policies and procedures
*Conducting background checks
Your experience must include:
*Some proven HR administration experience ideally gained within a financial institution
*Degree in HR
*Excellent communication skills both written and oral
*Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and integrity
This role will be working 5 days a week in the London office.
