Business Analyst - Salesforce CRMLondon. 4 days per week on site.
c£650 per day via Umbrella. Inside IR35.
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major transformation programme focused on improving client onboarding and CRM processes for our banking client.
Key Requirements*Strong Business Analyst experience on technology or business change programmes.
*Proven Salesforce CRM experience.
*Excellent requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
*Experience improving business processes and workflows.
*Ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.
*Experience supporting testing and UAT activities.
*Financial services/banking experience
What You’ll Be Doing*Gathering and documenting business requirements.
*Working closely with stakeholders to understand current processes and identify improvements.
*Supporting Salesforce CRM enhancements to improve user experience and data quality.
*Defining requirements for system integrations and data feeds.
*Supporting workflow automation and process optimisation initiatives.
*Assisting with testing and successful delivery of solutions.
