People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Wellingborough.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation with immediate starts available.
This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Picker Packer, General Operative or Order Picker
Rates of Pay:
*Days: £13.40 per hour
*Lates: £14.74 per hour
*Nights: £17.42 per hour
Shift Pattern:
*Working 5 days out of 7
*06:00 - 14:00
*14:00 - 22:00
*22:00 - 06:00
*Immediate starts available

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as a Warehouse Operative are:
*Picking customer orders accurately
*Packing products ready for distribution
*Using warehouse equipment where authorised
*Working towards daily performance targets
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*Following all health and safety procedures
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
*Previous warehouse experience
*Good attention to detail
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Good communication skills
*Reliability and punctuality
*LLOP and/or Reach Truck experience would be advantageous, enabling you to become operational quickly
Training:
*Training provided
*Site paid induction provided
