Location: Remote – One day in office
Team: Adults - Transitions
Rate: TBC- £40 minimum
Hours: 37 Hours
Duration: On going contract
Start: ASAP
Social Personnel are recruiting for 2x Social Workers for a Transitions Team. This position is to work remotely for the majority but you are required to work one day in the office.
Details:
*Working with Adults 18- 25
*Includes Complex Needs
*Remote working – one day per week office based
Essential Experience:
*Experience in a Transitions Team
*Experience working in Adults Disabilities
*Social Work England Registration
*Degree in Social Worker
