Full job descriptionSEMH Teaching Assistant - Orpington, Bromley - SEN School - £90-£110 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start
*SEMH Teaching Assistant with previous school based or SEMH experience
*SEMH Teaching Assistant who can travel to Orpington, Bromley
*SEMH Teaching Assistant required to start ASAP
*Both 1:1 and general class SEMH Teaching Assistant roles available!

Do you have experience supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs?
Are you confident building positive relationships with pupils who may present with challenging behaviour?

The Role - SEMH Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a resilient, patient and proactive SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-16 within a specialist SEMH setting in the Bromley/Orpington area. You will work closely with teachers both in and out of class, helping pupils regulate their emotions, manage behaviour and engage positively with their learning.
The School - SEMH Teaching Assistant
This SEMH school is based in the borough of Bromley and caters for students that have an EHCP for social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) and over 70% of students also have a diagnosis of Autism. Many pupils may have experienced barriers to education and require a consistent, nurturing and structured approach to learning.
