Responsibilities
*Set up, operate, and monitor automated equipment to ensure peak performance and line efficiency.

*Meticulously track batch records and inventory using specialised digital software to maintain data integrity.

*Act as a first responder for technical issues, performing minor diagnostics and collaborating with engineering teams for complex repairs.

*Uphold rigorous quality, safety, and environmental (EHS) standards within a clean, organised workspace.

Qualifications and Experience
*Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.

*Prior work within a regulated industry (such as Pharma, Food, or MedTech) is considered a distinct advantage.

*Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow logical, sequential processes.

*Digital literacy and the ability to learn new software interfaces for data management.

*A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to collaborative teamwork.
