Description
*Analyse financial data and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions.
*Prepare and manage detailed reports, budgets and forecasts.
*Monitor key performance indicators to track business performance.
*Collaborate with various teams to provide financial support and advice.
*Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving efficiencies.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
*Provide ad hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
*A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
*Experience with financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
*Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel or ERP systems.
*An analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
*Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Job Offer
*Salary range of £54,000 to £66,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*Additional benefits included in the package.
*Permanent role based in Bridgend.
