Description
*Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
*Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all accounts are up to date.
*Handle queries from suppliers and resolve discrepancies.
*Prepare payment runs and ensure authorisations are in place.
*Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
*Assist with month-end processes and reporting.
*Support the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
*Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and colleagues.
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
