Within the role, you’ll take on a range of responsibilities across the business, from supporting with project supervision to maintaining high standards of health and safety. This role offers excellent on-the-ground learning and a genuine opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career.

The ideal candidate will be someone currently working on the tools who is looking to step into management, or someone already operating at a supervisory level within highways, groundworks or utilities. You’ll have experience coordinating site activities and ideally hold a Streetworks Supervisor, SSSTS or Gold CSCS card.

The Role:
*Supervising on-site work
*Coordinate between the Operations Manager and site teams
*Prepare and manager RAMS and maintain high standards of health & safety
*Support wider Contracts Managers with project delivery
The Person:
*On the tools looking to take the next step or already in a supervisory position
*Experience coordinating people and overseeing work on site
*Streetworks Supervisor, SSSTS or Gold CSCS
*Full UK drivers license and willing to travel across the Home Counties
