Are you a highly organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide high-level support to the senior leadership team while overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This is a varied and rewarding role offering the opportunity to become a trusted right-hand support to directors, helping drive efficiency, organisation, and operational excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing complex diaries, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.
*Monitoring and managing executive email accounts, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions.
*Preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, and business documentation.
*Coordinating meetings, including agendas, papers, logistics, and actions.
*Managing and prioritising executive to-do lists and key business deadlines.
*Acting as a key point of contact between directors, colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
*Supporting project coordination and ensuring actions are completed across departments.
*Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office and creating a professional, efficient working environment.
*Managing office systems, processes, and administrative procedures.
*Coordinating facilities, supplies, equipment, and supplier relationships.
*Supporting onboarding activities and office administration.
*Maintaining accurate records, confidential documentation, and company files.
*Raising purchase orders and supporting expense management processes.
*Ensuring CRM systems are kept up to date and key workflows are followed through effectively.
*Assisting with company events, team meetings, and internal communications.
About you
We are seeking an experienced and professional individual who can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You will ideally have:
*Previous experience within an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or Senior Administration role
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills
*The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
*High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
