Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm


The Role
Responsive Personnel are currently recruiting for a Picker with a valid Reach Forklift Licence to join our client’s busy warehouse operation in Swindon.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is reliable and takes pride in getting the job done accurately and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
*Picking orders accurately and efficiently
*Operating a Reach Forklift safely and responsibly
*Loading, unloading and moving stock around the warehouse
*Checking goods and ensuring orders are prepared correctly
*Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
*Following all warehouse health & safety procedures
*Supporting the wider warehouse team when required


What We’re Looking For
*Valid Reach Forklift Licence
*Previous warehouse/picking experience preferred
*Good attention to detail
*Reliable and punctual
*Physically fit and comfortable with a warehouse environment
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
*Good understanding of workplace health & safety
