Technical Sales Advisor

Job Description

*Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams and customer specifications.
*Identify key technical information, dimensions, requirements and application details from drawings.
*Discuss technical requirements with customers and ask relevant questions to clarify their needs.
*Provide clear and practical technical advice by phone and email.
*Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
*Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.


Technical Sales Advisor

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

*Proven ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and diagrams.
*Experience working with technical products, engineering components or technical specifications.
*Previous experience in technical sales, internal sales, technical support or customer service.
*The ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
