Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are looking for an organised and reliable House Administrator to provide administrative and general office support to the service. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of Stockwood House and Talbot House.
You will work closely with the Hospital Director, Senior Management Team and wider staff team, supporting with administration, record keeping, communication and general office duties.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide day-to-day administrative support to the service and management team.
*Answer telephone calls, respond to emails and deal with general enquiries.
*Maintain accurate records, filing systems and databases.
*Support with the preparation of documents, reports, letters and meeting notes.
*Arrange meetings and manage diaries where required.
*Assist with staff administration, including maintaining personnel and training records.
*Support with ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels.
*Process invoices and assist with other basic financial and administrative tasks.
*Ensure all information is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR and company policies.
*Liaise professionally with staff, service users, families and external professionals.
*Carry out other reasonable administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the service.
