Our client, a well-established international property organisation, is seeking a Danish-speaking Lease Administrator to join their London-based team on a part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised property professional with experience in lease administration, commercial property, or real estate support to take ownership of a varied portfolio spanning the UK and Denmark.
The Role
Working closely with the property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of commercial leases, ensuring accurate record keeping, financial coordination, tenant communication, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining accurate lease records and property files
Monitoring critical lease dates, including renewals, rent reviews, break clauses and notice periods
Preparing monthly rental invoices
Monitoring rents, service charges, insurance and other property-related payments
Reconciling invoices and investigating discrepancies
Acting as a key point of contact for tenants and responding to lease-related queries
Producing regular portfolio, lease expiry and financial reports
Supporting continuous improvement of lease administration processes and systems
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
*Fluency in Danish and English (essential)
*Previous experience in lease administration, property management, commercial real estate, or a similar role
*Excellent organisational and administrative skills
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*The ability to understand and interpret lease documentation
*Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Desirable:
*Knowledge of UK and Danish commercial lease terminology
*Experience using lease management or property software
*Understanding of rent reviews, lease renewals and other lease events
