An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing to join a busy and rapidly growing conveyancing team based in Farnham.
Our client is a well-established and reputable firm offering a supportive team environment and a competitive benefits package. You will be working closely with and supporting experienced fee earners on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. This is a full-time office-based role offering excellent long-term prospects.


Key Responsibilities will include:
*Full range of administrative and paralegal support including opening files and ensuring compliance
*Managing and responding to calls and providing updates to clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
*Drafting contract packs and preparing Completion Statements (COTs)
*Dealing with post-exchange administration
*Carrying out final searches, lodging SDLT returns and AP1s
*Dealing with Land Registry requisitions
*Audio and copy typing, dictation and diary management


The Candidate:
*Previous experience working as a Paralegal / Legal Assistant within Residential Conveyancing is essential
*Good working knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures
*Experience with Tikit Partner for Windows would be advantageous but not essential
*Excellent client care skills with enthusiasm to deliver a great client service
*Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage your own time, prioritise and multi-task effectively
*Comfortable with modern IT systems
*A true team player with a professional and confidential approach
