Salary: £40,000+ DOE
Location: Office-Based
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant & Office Manager to provide comprehensive support to senior stakeholders while overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of a professional office environment.
This is a varied role that combines executive support, office management, event coordination and business administration, offering the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the wider business.
Key Responsibilities*Provide high-level administrative and PA support to senior stakeholders.
*Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and related logistics.
*Prepare presentations, reports and professional correspondence.
*Coordinate meetings, visitors and office-based events.
*Oversee office facilities, suppliers, resources and workplace standards.
*Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organised working environment.
*Support business projects and employee engagement initiatives.
*Assist with expense administration and associated record keeping.
*Identify and implement improvements to office processes and procedures.
*Support health and safety activities and workplace compliance.
*Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
Skills & Experience*Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role.
*Experience supporting senior-level stakeholders.
*Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
*Professional, proactive and adaptable approach to work.
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
Working PatternThis is a fully office-based position, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role and its responsibilities, regular on-site presence is essential.
