You will take ownership of service charge accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and business partnering activities while supporting operational and strategic decision-making.

Description
*Manage annual service charge accounts across a property portfolio.
*Lead budget versus actual analysis and reconciliation processes.
*Produce monthly financial reports, forecasts and variance analysis.
*Partner with property and operational teams to provide financial insight.
*Support service charge audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
*Resolve historic balance sheet reconciliations and improve financial controls.
*Contribute to financial modelling, KPI reporting and business improvement projects.
Profile
*ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant.
*Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Management Accounting.
*Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
*Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience advantageous.
*Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
*Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
*Salary of £50,000 to £60,000.
