Company: Reed Bristol – Permanents Legal
Location: Part 4th Floor, Castlemead, Bristol, BS1 3AG
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial imbedding period.
Salary: £27,500 - £37,000 per annum (dependent on previous level of experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday
Contract: Full time and permanent

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Legal division, you’ll play a key role in connecting talented legal professionals with in-house legal teams across the South West.


Your responsibilities will include:
*Developing and managing relationships with legal employers
*Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying legal professionals
*Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
*Business development, identifying new opportunities and growing existing accounts
*Providing expert market insights and recruitment advice to clients and candidates
*Building and maintaining a strong network within the legal sector
*Working towards and exceeding individual and team performance targets
