Job Title: Leasehold Asset Coordinator
Contract Type: 6 months Fixed-term contract
Salary: £31,472.64 (£34,611.95 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Location: Liverpool / Hybrid

The difference you will make as Leasehold Asset Coordinator


In this role you will support the Leasehold Asset Services Manager to ensure effective asset services are delivered on behalf of RHO managed properties, in line with leasehold legislation including Section 20 and lease requirements, business priorities and the Group’s/ RHO’s Asset Management Strategy, ensuring works are delivered to cost, quality and timescales


About you


We are looking for someone with:
*Understanding of statutory leasehold legislation.
*Experience within the building industry, ideally working within the Leasehold Sector.
*Experience of managing and co-ordinating insurance and legal claims.
*Experience of producing management reports.
*Results driven with strong analytical skills.
*Experience of successfully administering large-scale budgets in line with agreed financial protocols.
*Understanding of data protection and data quality principles.
*Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels within the business.
*Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
