The role of Head of Supply Chain will be responsible for:


*Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimise efficiency.
*Manage procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective supplier relationships.
*Oversee logistics and inventory management to meet operational needs.
*Monitor and analyse supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
*Lead and support a team within the supply chain department.
*Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
*Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
*Prepare and manage budgets for supply chain operations.
Profile
A successful Head of Supply Chain should have:


*Proven expertise in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.
*Strong analytical skills to assess and improve supply chain performance.
*Experience leading and developing a team.
*Knowledge of compliance requirements within the business services industry.
*Confidence in managing budgets and supplier negotiations.
*Experience of working within the FMCG sectors
*Proven track record of leading and developing teams
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £60,000 to £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
