Location:Harrogate
Salary: £40-44,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established RIBA Chartered Practice delivering award-winning architectural solutions across the retail and commercial sectors. They are looking for a driven and capable Project Architect to become part of their Harrogate-based studio.Benefits for the role of Project Architect include:· Competitive salary package· Generous annual leave allowance· Flexible hybrid working arrangements· Contributory pension scheme· Ongoing professional training and development· Excellent opportunities for career progression and personal growthResponsibilities for the role of Project Architect include:· Take ownership of projects from initial concept and briefing through to completion· Manage project delivery, including design development, technical coordination, and programme management· Prepare and manage planning submissions and detailed information for Building Regulations· Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams to coordinate project requirements· Carry out site inspections and surveys, monitoring progress and ensuring designs meet the required technical standards· Lead project teams and oversee the successful delivery of schemes to a high standard, within agreed timescales and budgetsSkills and experience for the role of Project Architect:· ARB-registered Architect with a recognised UK architectural qualification· Relevant post-qualification experience gained within a UK architectural practice· Demonstrable experience taking projects through the full RIBA Plan of Work· Experience delivering complex schemes across multiple sectors, with retail and commercial experience highly desirable· Experience using Revit would be advantageous· Strong understanding of UK planning procedures and Building Regulations· Excellent design development, technical detailing, and project coordination abilities· Strong communication, organisation, and client management skills· Confident leading projects while working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamTo apply, please call or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to
