Job Title: Property Management Opportunities
Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working with a number of established and growing lettings businesses across Edinburgh who are looking to recruit experienced property professionals.
Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a range of Property Management opportunities across Edinburgh, from experienced Property Managers through to Senior level positions.
Whether you’re looking to manage your own portfolio, take the next step in your career or move into a more senior position, we’d be keen to hear from you.
We’re interested in speaking with property professionals with experience across residential lettings and property management, with opportunities available depending on your experience, skills and career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing residential property portfolios.
*Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
*Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors.
*Managing tenancy renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters.
*Overseeing property compliance and inspections.
*Dealing with tenancy issues, queries and complaints.
*Supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
*Working collaboratively with wider lettings and property teams.
*Senior-level opportunities may include mentoring and supporting junior team members.
Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience within residential property management or lettings.
*Good knowledge of Scottish lettings legislation and compliance.
*Experience managing a residential property portfolio.
*Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
*Proactive, professional and customer-focused approach.
*ARLA Propertymark / LETWELL qualification is advantageous.
*HMO experience is desirable.
*Full UK Driving Licence may be required depending on the position.
Working Hours:
*Full-time opportunities available.
*Monday-Friday.
*Edinburgh-based positions.
*Working arrangements will vary depending on the opportunity and level of experience.
Package & Benefits:
*£30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
