Our client, a well-established international organisation, is seeking a Multilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team.
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with clients across European markets.
Requirements
*Fluent in French, German and Spanish (written and spoken)
*Previous customer service or customer support experience
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
*Customer-focused with a proactive approach
