We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead and coordinate Project Controls activities across a portfolio of complex capital projects and programmes.
Key Responsibilities*Lead the implementation and maintenance of Project Controls processes across assigned projects.
*Develop and maintain integrated project and programme baselines.
*Lead period-end processes, including progress assessment, expenditure tracking and reporting.
*Manage change control activities across projects.
*Lead and support a team delivering high-quality project controls outputs.
*Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and reporting.
*Work with stakeholders at all levels across complex, high-value and high-risk projects.
*Promote a positive safety culture and support continuous improvement.
Essential Experience*Extensive experience in Project Controls within major capital projects or programmes.
*Strong knowledge of project controls, planning, governance, change control, cost and risk management.
*Experience using project scheduling and reporting tools, such as Primavera P3e, MS Project and Excel.
*Experience creating, adapting and monitoring project controls and integrated baselines.
*Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
*Experience leading or managing Project Controls teams.
*Recognised Project Management qualification, such as APM Professional.
*Knowledge of SAP and PPM systems is desirable.
