Our client is a fast-paced start-up within a rapidly growing category in personal care. It’s an exciting time to join, as the company is still founder led, with less than 5 total employees. You’d be responsible for all sales and driving growth across national accounts.
Description
*Develop and maintain relationships with national accounts to drive sales and revenue growth.
*Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
*Collaborate with the team to create and implement effective strategies.
*Ensure the successful delivery of products and services to meet client expectations.
*Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
*Negotiate contracts and terms with key clients to secure long-term partnerships.
*Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
*Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and budgets
Profile
*A background in sales or account management within consumer goods.
*Experience managing national accounts (Boots a bonus).
*Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
*Ability to analyse data and market trends effectively.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
*Capability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
