£38,000 - £42,000 plus twice-yearly bonus and benefits


How much of your week actually goes on the accounts? This is a hands-on paid media role at an established digital agency where the campaigns are the job: planning, building and optimising activity across Google and Microsoft, with display and social in the mix, for a portfolio of well-known consumer brands.
You’d own performance for your accounts end to end: budgets, forecasting, testing and the numbers behind every decision, then present the results and your recommendations to clients yourself. You’d work alongside dedicated heads of paid search and paid social, with executive support in the team and specialists across SEO, content, creative and PR in the wider agency.
The team has grown again this year and this is a new seat, not a backfill. The setup is properly flexible: office and remote colleagues work in the same rhythm, so where you’re based matters less than what you can run.
You’ll need at least two years of hands-on paid search and/or paid social experience with real budget ownership, confidence presenting performance to clients, and an analytical approach to testing and forecasting. Agency experience helps, and in-house candidates who enjoy client contact do well here too.
Display, Performance Max depth and experience in fast-moving competitive consumer sectors are all a plus rather than essential.
