Full job descriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support within a school environment in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern technologies and support a growing IT infrastructure that underpins teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff and users.
*Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
*Administer and maintain the school’s IT systems and network.
*Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and audio-visual equipment.
*Ensure users are kept informed throughout the resolution process.
Skills & Experience
Experience supporting some of the following technologies:
*Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
*Microsoft Server 2019 / 2022 / 2025
*Wired and wireless networks, firewalls, and content filtering
*PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and AV systems
About You
*Strong customer service and communication skills.
*Logical problem-solver with a proactive approach.
*Passionate about technology and helping users of varying technical abilities.
*Relevant IT qualifications are advantageous.
Additional Information
*Ongoing training and development provided.
*Applicants must live within a commutable distance of Croydon.
*An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
