Position: Cleaning Technician
Location: 4040 Lakeside, Solihull Parkway, B37 7YN
Basis: Cover long term sick
Working Pattern: 37 Hours, Mon-thurs 7am- 3pm and Fri 7am-2.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll deliver high-quality cleaning services across a range of sites in Coventry, working flexibly and taking pride in maintaining excellent standards. Duties include:
*Cleaning communal areas, offices, and specialist housing
*Carrying out block inspections and dealing with hazards or spillages
*Using a range of cleaning methods and equipment
*Removing litter, refuse, and small-scale graffiti
*Completing daily and weekly checks, including basic fire safety checks
*Reporting repairs, damage, and larger waste issues
*Working independently and as part of a team
Qualifications and experience:
You’ll have:
*Previous cleaning experience
*A good understanding of basic health & safety
*A reliable, professional approach
*The ability to meet set standards and deadlines
*A full driving licence and ability to drive a small company van (manual)
